Emergency and After-Hours Service
Emergency, same-day, weekend, or after-hours services may be subject to additional charges.
You acknowledge that:
- Emergency fees apply in addition to standard pricing
- Immediate dispatch requests may carry premium rates
- Exact pricing may vary depending on conditions upon arrival
Warranty Limitations
Unless expressly stated in writing, warranties apply only to labor performed by Frontline Garage Doors.
Warranties do not cover:
- Existing or pre-installed components
- Manufacturer defects in third-party products
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, weather, or accidents
- Modifications performed by third parties after service
Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are separate and must be pursued directly with the manufacturer.
Disclaimer of Performance Guarantees
Garage door systems are mechanical in nature and subject to wear, environmental exposure, and prior installation quality.
Accordingly, we do not guarantee:
- Continued operation of existing systems after service
- Longevity of repairs on aging or compromised equipment
- Performance affected by prior damage or hidden defects
Only written warranties issued by the Company are enforceable.
Safety, Access, and Site Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the service location.
This includes:
- Clear access to garage entrances and equipment
- Safe working conditions free from hazards
- Removal of obstructions that may interfere with service
We may refuse or suspend service if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding system condition
- Disclose known hazards or prior repairs
- Secure pets, children, and valuables during service
- Ensure proper authority to approve work
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the property
The Company is not responsible for damages arising from unsafe conditions or incomplete disclosure.
Property Impact and Installation Risks
Garage door service and installation may involve mechanical adjustment, drilling, mounting, or temporary disruption of normal access.
We are not responsible for:
- Cosmetic repairs such as drywall, paint, or finishing work
- Pre-existing structural weaknesses or deterioration
- Damage resulting from aging or unstable framing
Customer-Supplied Materials
Where customers provide parts or equipment:
- No warranty applies to customer-supplied materials
- The Company is not responsible for defects or incompatibility
- Labor charges remain applicable regardless of material performance
Cancellation and Scheduling Policy
Appointments reserve technician time and resources.
You acknowledge that:
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur fees
- Repeated cancellations may require prepayment
- Scheduling may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or availability
Limitation of Liability
